How to Order
It is easy to order at our online store or send an email. You can also contact us directly by calling us at 256.305.5006. Please provide us with all item details along with a telephone number where you can be reached in case of any questions.
Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover; credit card transactions only. Sorry, No CODS or Will Call allowed. All orders will be shipped when payment is received and successfully processed.
Shipping / Delivery
All orders will be shipped standard ground freight. Please indicate whether cabinetry will be shipped to a residential or commercial destination with a loading dock. Available items purchased directly through our online store are usually shipped within 2 days of purchase.
When you receive your cabinetry, open up “one” of the smaller cabinets to make sure you are completely satisfied, and do not damage the packing materials. Notice how the cabinet components are packaged and save all of the packing material. If, in the unlikely event you are not satisfied, you may return all “unopened” cabinets and the “one” cabinet box that you opened. The one box that you opened must be carefully repackaged and sealed back properly. You then must notify us within 48hrs of receiving the shipment. At that time we will issue you an approved RMA (returned merchandise approval) number. Items must be shipped back to Southern Cabinet Distributors within 15 days of receiving the RMA. Unfortunately, orders returned without an authorized RMA number will be refused. Buyer is responsible for all related shipping charges. When we receive the order at Southern Cabinet Distributors we will inspect the order for completeness and damage. We will then issue a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Some exceptions may apply, at our discretion. You MUST include ALL original packing materials in original condition with no signs of abuse to the cabinet components. For any damage during shipping please contact us. Note, ordering the wrong size of cabinet does not constitute a reason for return of the product without a 15% restocking fee. That is why it is imperative to “measure twice and order once”.
If a decision is made to
cancel the order, you must notify us immediately. If the order has simply been entered
into our system, but no action has been taken to pull the order, you will
receive a 100% return. If, however, we have begun pulling your order from our
warehouse, yet has not been loaded on a truck or shipped, we will issue you a
refund less a 10% restocking and handling fee. If you notify us requesting a
cancellation after the cabinetry is shipped you must follow the guide-lines
laid out above under Return Policy.
Any items shipped by Southern Cabinet Distributors damaged and determined by the carrier to be damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to the buyer.
